The buzz around NEW FACE continues! 🎧

It’s been a crazy few days since "New Face" dropped on November 6, and we’ve been loving all the feedback. A really cool breakdown of the track just dropped over on a music site, and they took a proper deep dive into how we put this song together.

When we decided to build the track around a real, vintage 1980s vocal sample instead of just doing a straight-up retro cover, we knew it was a bit of a gamble. So reading this felt pretty special:

"Instead of completely re-recording a familiar track, they integrate a historical vocal fragment into an independent composition, bridging the gap between '80s nostalgia and modern pop."

It's super rewarding when someone breaks down the exact vibe you spent hours tweaking in the studio—that mix of melancholic post-punk textures with bright modern production.
